After clicking RESERVE button you will be redirected to fill in the application form. After filling it in, print it out and forward in paper file, signed with your name and surname, alongside documentation containing description of accessories and type of fabric used to make reconstruction, including attached sample of it – until April 30th 2012 to Organizer’s address given in Terms and Conditions.
