CRINOLINE WITH MEANDERS

Dress made of fair wool. Bodice fitted by cuts or tucks, buttoned up in the middle of the front with seven dark buttons. Waistline accentuated by a belt. Fairly tight sleeve sewn on the lightly lowered shoulder. Epaulettes and cuffs sewn separately, have the shape of rectangular teeth. Skirt is short, two-piece, cut from triangular pieces in front and on sides sewn into the waistline smoothly without folds. Lower skirt has at the bottom sewing of three pleats. Upper skirt (tunic) is cut at the bottom into rectangular teeth trimmed with darker pleat (of the same color as the ornaments of the lower skirt). Front pockets and fastening are decorated with tabs also cut into a rectangular teeth shape. Belt, seams of epaulettes, bottom of the sleeve and teeth of epaulettes, cuffs and tabs on the tunic are decorated with two pleats darker than those at the bottom of the skirt. On the head fanchon-style hat of dark lace, with long lace ends.
