Ball dress made of stripe fabric. Bodice with a low neckline, fitted by cuts, with a narrow belt at the waist. Short puffed sleeves sewn-in on lowered shoulder are creased at the bottom with a ribbon same as one that decorates bertha collar. Bertha on the half-round base has a row of three pleats (folding towards the neckline). From the top a tooth-edge lace is sewn to the bertha. For decoration and better arrangement of the neckline it is strengthened with a darker ribbon.
Lower part is ornamented with tassels most probably of the same color as darker stripes of the dress. Their seams are hidden under the ribbon same as above. A guipure lace with lower edge decorated with floral motif makes a background for tassels. Skirt is sewn of gores of which front one and those on sides are cut diagonally – cut at the top and wider at the bottom. Back gores are straight, extended into train. Front of the skirt is sewn to the waistline smoothly, without folds. Back Is arranged in deep stacked tabs toward the front. Skirt is decorated with two sashes loosely lowered to the front. They are sewn from a strip of dress’ darker fabric with endings in the shape of tooth. All around they are garnished with lace, the same as at the top of bertha, its seams covered with ribbon.
