Costume for the polish version of “Mary Stuart” by J. Słowacki.

Costume consists of coat and skirt. Coat made of velvet is cut at the waist, lightly fitted with tucks. In the middle of the front buttoned up with large decorative buttons. Tight sleeves sewn on the lowered shoulder. Neckline finished with a small stand-up collar, which supports ruff. Cuffs have a similar form. Bottom of the coat open in front, creased around the waist. Metallic haberdashery along the slit. Skirt smoothly sewn into a belt.

  Dress is complemented by a belt with jewel motifs, medallion suspended on the ribbon and headgear made of pearls with a closed crown.
